Walk for mental health research
The Rotary Club of Boulder held their inaugural LIFT THE LID WALK in Mental Health Month 2023!
These walks are a great way to spread awareness of the 1 in 5 Australians who are suffering from a mental illness.
Help us Lift the Lid on Mental Illness this summer by walking with us!

All proceeds go into mental health research through Australian Rotary Health.
The Details so far:
What:
The walk will be approximately 5km around the Karlkula Bushland Park starting at the KBULG Nursery.
Parking will be available at the nursery but participants are encouraged to car pool
as space is limited.
The walk will follow the “Salmon Gum Trail” as seen on the map and end up at back at the
Nursery where the Rotary Club of Boulder will be providing a sausage sizzle for all participants.

Who:
Anyone who has been impacted by or cares about Mental Health – dogs on a lead are welcome.
Entry fee:
$30 for adults which includes an event t-shirt. Kids 15 and under walk for free.
You can purchase t-shirts for kids via the ticket site. Early bird adult ticket sales
before Sept 15th will receive a FREE t-shirt!

Registration online, with t-shirts available for collection on the day before the walk
